Files should be PDF, mininum 300 dps, high resolution preferred; with all fonts, illustrations and linked images embedded or included. Ads may be submitted by CD. PC operating system preferred, Mac accepted. Ads can be e-mailed, but depending on file size, large files may need to be uploaded to our FTP site.

Advertisers and their agencies assume liability for all content including text, representation and illustrations, trademarks or service marks in advertisements through our print, cd, e-book and online formats; advertisers and their agencies also assumes responsibility and liability for all claims arising from them and made against the Publisher. Publisher is not liable beyond the cost of advertising space for errors appearing in advertisements produced by Boca Publishing, Inc. and only when error is detrimental to the advertisement message. Space cancellations must be in writing and submitted within thirty days of signed ad agreement date, signed proof date or payment date, whichever comes first. Publisher does not keep advertising materials after twelve months.

15% to recognized advertising agencies if artwork is supplied to our specifications, ad is placed by the agency and full payment has been received. Advertiser and/or its advertising agency are jointly and severally liable for any monies due and payable to the Publisher.
Text advertisements and listings are not agency commissionable.

Publisher reserves the right to:
• classify, reclassify or categorize any advertisement.
• repeat a recent ad insertion in the event new materials are not received by closing date.
• decline or reject any advertising for any reason, at any time, without liability, even though previously acknowledged or accepted.
• charge advertiser and/or its advertising agency for late advertising materials.
